First of all, when I called Ridgeline Garage Door about my broken garage door, Daryl was at my door and ready to go work within 30 minutes. Secondly, Daryl assessed the damage to my door and explained each and every thing that had to be done and made sure that I understood it all. What I understood was that Daryl was very knowledgeable about his trade and was very confident in his ability to get the job done correctly. My garage door would not close and I recently moved in so it’s full of belongings. We called Daryl on a Sunday and he arrived in just under 30 minutes. I couldn’t imagine having to wait until Monday morning to get the house secured. He was very professional and efficient. He had the door fixed quickly but stayed to examine the motor and tracks were all working correctly. I would definitely recommend RidgeLine Garage doors. I would like to say I had a wonderful experience with Ridgeline Overhead Garage Door from Manor, Texas. Mr. Daryl was amazing as he was examining the garage door that got stuck and he was very specific to detail and explained everything in basics. He stopped by my house right after I got out of the phone with him and gave me a fair price for a new garage door which I appreciate. This company will be my go to place from now on.
RidgeLine doors cares about their customers. I put in an online request late in the afternoon on Sunday and was scheduled for Monday afternoon. I was running late after picking up my kids, Daryl was very understanding and patient. He provided me with several options to fix the seals on my garage doors. These options were not pushy or made to sound like my current doors were inadequate (they were installed in 1975). He gave a very reasonable price quote and had the materials on his truck to complete the fix same day. In addition to the fix he also did tune up work to make sure they ran smoothly. I would recommend RidgeLine Garage doors for any needed service.

This company deserves a 5+ star rating! Sadly, many services companies these days are riddled with fees for just coming out, have inadequate training staff who charge you for their incompetence, and are just plan dishonest. NOT SO WITH THIS COMPANY, these guys are old school in a very good way. They're punctual, honest, and fair. Answers all your questions and make sure you understand. The prices are wonderful and affordable. I will be calling on them again! Thank you Daryl and Robert for a job well done. I feel safe again.
